Welcome to our Euchre Tournament, Rotary Club! Our local Rotarians have gone all in, registering a team of six players.

Did you know?

The Rotary Club of Ottawa-Stittsville is one of 45,000 chapters of Rotary, a 110-year-old organization with 1.2 million members worldwide. Rotary members work together to promote peace; fight disease; provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene; save mothers and children; support education; grow local economies; and protect the environment.

The Stittsville chapter is also involved in fundraising for the Stittsville Food Bank, providing bursaries to high school students, offering an annual film series, hosting Christmas at the Villa and Hazeldean Gardens, and organizing various other community projects.

"It's gettin' hot in here!"

Guess who thinks they're going to win our euchre tournament in February? That's right, Stittsville's firefighters think they know how to play cards: "We're looking forward to competing and winning the championship."

But we'll let them think that---because they literally run into fire to save us, show up first to accident scenes, save lives, and teach us all how to be responsible around fire.

The SVA has decided to take on the rest of Stittsville by submitting a team to our euchre tournament!

Because hosting the Parade of Lights, Art in the Park, and the Canada Day festivities just weren't enough, they had to join the Battle of Stittsville and show everyone who really represents in this town.

Seriously, though: The SVA does amazing work that we all benefit from year after year.
