Mental health service for First responders and their families and anyone from the ages of 11 and up. We guide anyone who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, school issues , parenting, couples etc. We also provide peer support group for certain demographics in the Ottawa, Stittsville and Kanata area
